- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 egg yolk, 4 eggs without the yolk
- A dash of cinnamon
- Scoop Chocolate Whey
- Blend it up and it's ready to cook!
My New staple Breakfast super tasty and easy to make.
